ORDERS:

Minimum order requirement is US$ 1,000 per order of mixed products from our catalog. Orders may be sent by using our order form (click here to download) by email to export@indonesiaprimitive.comOnce we receive your order, with-in 48 hours we shall send to you via fax or email a quotation for the products, shipping charges, delivery time & bank info for you to wire the deposit.

So we may provide a quotation for the shipping of your order we request you advise us of...
I) the transit method you require (Air Freight / Air Cargo / Sea Freight LCL / Sea Freight FCL)
II) The nearest airport / seaport to your location.

Product prices quoted in US$ "Ex-Works". Packing, insurance & other charges for handling of all the cargo arrangements includes taking care of all the relevant official export documentation required by the Indonesian authorities (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading,Customs Clearances etc.) NOT included.

Shipping charge we quote include land transport, packing, handling & all documentation required for the shipment to exit Indonesia.

PACKING:

Packing of both individual (one-off) or bulk (container) purchases.
For handicraft products, the items are wrapped in a piece of wrapping paper then packed into cardboard boxes. These boxes then packed inside a wooden crate . Larger items are individually wrapped in corrugated cardboard then packed inside a wooden crate. Silica Gel sachets are added to all packed products.

DOCUMENTATION:

Handling of all the cargo arrangements includes taking care of all the relevant official export documentation required by the Indonesian authorities (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading,Customs Clearances etc.) This is included in the shipping cost.

INSURANCE:

Insurance is available, however we suggest you talk with your personal insurance broker & request short term cover on your existing policies for the value & duration of your shipment .

PAYMENT TERMS:

All prices quoted in US Dollars. At confirmation of order we request a deposit of 30% of the Product Total. Paid via Telegraphic Transfer (TT) Including bank charges. The final 70% product payment & 100% of the shipping fee after we provide you (by fax or email) copy of Bill of Lading.

Bill of lading is the official documents which enables goods to be passed from the country of origin to the country of destination. The bill of lading is also establishes the ownership of goods to the customer.

When your funds have cleared our account the final documentation is completed & the goods exit Indonesia . A copy of all documents are then forwarded to you or your broker/agent to process at your locale while the container is in transit.

Customs clearance, duties & transport charges in the destination country are your responsibility.
